Polyamory Peer Support

Resources and toolkits for non-monogamy

Are you polyamorous or considering non-monogamy?

Do you sometimes feel lost, jealous, or think you’re “bad” at non-monogamy? No matter how long we’ve been doing this, there is always something new to work through. You’re definitely not alone.

I’m here if you’d like any feedback, want to troubleshoot practical solutions, or just need to vent to someone who gets it.

Is this therapy?

No. I encourage everyone to pursue therapy, if accessible and desired. It’s not always possible to find non-monogamy informed therapists, so it can also help to speak with peers who have lived experience.

— Ashleigh H.

“No one tells you how much is going to change, so it was really overwhelming, especially in the beginning. But talking to experienced polyamorous people like Genevieve was a game changer.”
— Taylor and Jason S.

“Genevieve makes me feel like this is actually possible, she’s really calm and not judgmental.”
— Jay R.
