Polyamory Peer Support
Resources and toolkits for non-monogamy
Are you polyamorous or considering non-monogamy?
Do you sometimes feel lost, overwhelmed, or think you’re “bad” at non-monogamy? No matter how long we’ve been doing this, there is always something new to work through. You’re definitely not alone.
I’m Genevieve, polyamorous since 2012, and offering education since 2018. I’m here if you’d like any feedback, want to troubleshoot practical solutions, or just need to vent to someone who gets it.
Non-monogamy demands we unlearn social scripts about what it means to be in love and to feel safe. Opting out of mononormativity is a process that can be liberating, but also terrifying. The good news is, many people have gone before you and are happy to help you along the way. Relaxed non-monogamy is very possible. Click here to learn a bit more about me and what I offer.

Is this therapy?
No. I encourage everyone to pursue therapy, if accessible and desired. Since it’s not always possible to find non-monogamy informed therapists, it can also help to speak with peers who have lived experience. I’m happy to support you however I can.
